  • VECTRA International's shop is an online platform where you can access a range of digital products and services, including but not limited to Industry tailored tools, training and consultancy services on all ESG subjects.

  • To purchase a product or service, simply browse our offerings, select the item you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can make secure payments using various payment methods.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment options are displayed during the checkout process.

  • There are no specific prerequisites for our tools and trainings unless specified in the course description.

  • After purchasing, you can access your trainings and digital tools by logging into your account. There, you will find links to your purchased products for immediate access. 
     

    If you have purchased a consultancy, contact@vectra-intl.com will contact you within 48 hours to put you in touch with the appropriate consultant. 

    If you purchased a coaching, the Coach from Metaxio will contact you by email within 48 hours to set up the 2 sessions (1.5hr + 1hr).

  • Our refund policy varies by product or service. You can find detailed information about our refund policy in our Terms and Conditions.

  • No, sharing access is not permitted. Each purchase provides a single-user license. Sharing access may result in the termination of your account.
