This course provides an introduction to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards and their implementation within the European Union, including the Forced Labor Ban Regulation, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and EU Battery Regulation.
